I'm Mikalina — most people call me Mikki. Health, wellness and fitness have fascinated me for as long as I can remember, but for years I admired the space from the outside, never quite taking the leap.

Seven years ago I started a juice business. I wasn't ready for it then, and I let it go. But the idea never left me. Since then I've poured my time, heart and intention into recreating it — this time with clarity and purpose. That brand is Balanced Ritual.

Balanced Ritual is rooted in a simple belief: wellness is not a destination — it is a practice. A daily act of intention that, repeated, becomes who you are. Every bottle is pressed in small batches with real, recognizable ingredients.

Juice is our first ritual. From here, Balanced Ritual will grow into all things health and wellness — nutrition, movement, education and everything that supports a grounded, intentional life.
